Best Ever Inspirational Story : Derek Redmond in Olympic 1992
This is one of the most inspirational video I ever seen. This is a real life story happened in Olympic 1992 in Barcelona, Spain. The runner is called Derek Redmond from England who once hold the 400 meters world record. Basically I believe you can understand the whole video well. Some food for thought:

In life, everyone will face difficulties, problems, failures, mistakes, thwarts to our success. Every successful person in his/her respective field will face difficult times and failures.
The key question is : How are you going to face them? Are you going to finish it strong, or give up halfway?

He can chose to just give up by limping away or sit down on the track when he tore his hamstring.
He can chose to give all kinds of reasons and excuses when he lost in the race
But he didn’t, instead he was so determined to finish his 400m race.
And the tear-jerking moment is when his father assisted him to finish the race and said “Son, we are going to finish this together”
ESPN sports news reporter written an article the next day and put the title The purest, most courageous example of determination.
Back to reality, are we determined to get to our success? Are we going to continue when problems, failures set in? Are we going to finish things strong?
I believe when you see this post, it will be the starting of 2013. In this new year, I am sure everyone will have his/her resolution, new things to accomplish.
